Registration and confirmation

By booking the tour, WEGO PERU S.A.C.  and  WEGOVIAJES S.L.U. (representative of Wego Peru S.A.C. for Europe), hereinafter referred to as “US  or WE”, offer the traveler the conclusion of the travel contract for the specified binding persons. The contract is effective upon confirmation of it (acceptance by the client and US).

  After the reservation has been made, and the corresponding payment (initial or full payment) has also been made, the traveler will receive the final confirmation of his trip from us.


Once the reservation is made and the contract is accepted, an advance of 25% of the total price of the trip must be given. After the deposit is confirmed, you will receive proof of payment for the resulting amount. The balance of the value of the trip (75%) must be paid to our checking account 46 days before the start of the trip at the latest.

In the event that the traveler chooses the option of total payment of the value of the trip, having made the reservation and accepted the contract, and after the deposit is confirmed, he will receive proof of payment for the total amount paid.

The traveler can pay the price of the trip by credit card or bank transfer.

Resignation of the traveler

If the traveler cancels his (her) participation in the trip or tour booked, the following penalties will be applied to the total amount corresponding to their reservation.

Penalty period

– Up to 46 days before the start of the tour 25% of the total value of the booked tour

– 45 to 30 days before the start of the tour 30% of the total value of the booked tour

– 29 to 15 days before the start of the tour 35% of the total value of the booked tour

– 14 to 7 days before the start of the tour 50% of the total value of the booked tour

– 6 days before the start of the tour 80% of the total value of the booked tour

– At the beginning of the tour (no show) 100% of the total value of the booked tour

The communication of the trip or tour cancellation by the traveler must be made in writing to our email

Cancellation of the tour or trip by the company

WE reserve the right to cancel any trip in the following cases:

If the client did not pay 100% of the total price of the tour at least 15 days prior to the date of the tour, will have a penalty of 25% of the total value of the trip or tour booked.

Our tours specify a minimum quantity of 10 passengers. In the event that the tour does not meet this requirement 31 days prior to its start, WE reserve the right to cancel the tour by returning the money corresponding to the trip.

We will make all reasonable efforts to operate the tour sold. However, we reserve the right to reduce or modify the itinerary or substitute activities, hotels, meals or transportation when we deem it necessary.

None of these modifications or changes will affect the package price.

We reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time for a reason that, in our opinion, could compromise the quality of the trip or the safety of passengers or any other circumstance beyond our control (strikes, protests, flight cancellation, and weather conditions).

Modification of reservations

If the client wants to make any changes to a reservation, he must send an email to and will be subject to the following charges for modification:

A management fee of € 50 per person (change of data) will be applied, and the consumer or customer will be responsible for any additional expenses that may arise as a result of the modification of the reservation.

The aforementioned changes must be communicated at least 50 days before the trip or tour; otherwise other additional charges may apply.

Assignment of the trip or tour

The principal contractor or the beneficiary may transfer their reservation free of charge to a person who meets all the conditions required for it, communicating it in writing at least 50 days before the date of commencement of the trip. The person who transfers his reservation and the assignee will jointly and severally respond to the Agency for the payment of the balance of the price of the trip or tour, as well as the justified additional expenses that could have caused the said transfer (surcharges of airlines, hotels, etc.).

Services included and optional

The services included will be perfectly specified in the trip or tour program.  Program that WE will send after payment of the reservation. If the traveler wants any additional service or wants to hire an annex (a small additional tour to the main tour), he must cancel it in cash and separately.

The authority during the tour

At all times the decision of the guide or representative of the company will be final in all matters that may jeopardize the safety and well-being of the group of tourists. The client must at all times strictly comply with the laws, customs and regulations of foreign exchange and drugs of Peru or any other country that is being visited. If the client does not comply with the above, or if the client interferes with the well-being of the group, then the guide or company representative can order the client to leave the tour without the right to any refund.

Travel documents

It is the responsibility of the individual traveler to ensure appropriate documentation before joining the program. The client must be in possession of a valid passport with a validity of at least six months from the start date of the tour and all the visas required for the entire trip. Any information or advice from US about visas, vaccinations, weather, clothing, luggage, special equipment, etc.; is given in good faith but without any responsibility from US.


We will not be responsible for any damage or loss if the breach of the contract is:

1. – Attributable to the client

2. – Attributable to a third party outside the provision of contracted services and the event is unpredictable or unavoidable.

WE directly operate part of the services included in a program, but also arrange with airlines, hotels and other independent parties to provide you with the travel services you buy. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the organizations that provide services maintain our quality standards. However, these parties are independent suppliers over which we do not have full direct control.

Therefore, WE cannot accept responsibility for the negligence of the staff of these organizations. The passenger waives any claim against WEGO PERU S.A.C. for any damage or loss of property, injury or death by any act or negligence of any airline, Transport Company, hotels or any person providing any of the services.

WE are not responsible for claims, losses, damages or delays in luggage or other properties, inconveniences, dissatisfactions, disorders and disappointments, distress or frustrations, physical or mental, resulting from the action or omission of third parties in the provision of services. In the event that any of our suppliers withdraw any service, WE will not have any responsibility beyond the reimbursement of all funds paid by the passenger for that service.

When traveling with an airline, the transportation conditions of that airline will apply. These conditions are subject to international agreements and may limit or exclude liability. WE are not responsible for expenses or consequences that result from delays in flights, cancellations or lost connections, and such expenses will be borne by the customer.

The client has the responsibility of contracting a medical insurance that covers the health contingencies that could be presented in the trip.

WE declare that WEGO VIAJES S.L.U. has a civil liability insurance policy in the event of events attributable to US. All our tours departing from Spain are covered by this policy.

Claims and Complaints

If a client has a complaint against the company, the client must first inform the tour conductor, guide or company representative during the trip, so that the guide / representative can try to rectify the matter. Any other complaint must be made in writing to the company within 7 days after the end of the visit.

Information about the tour or trip

The trips or tours offered by US need certain physical conditions; therefore, the client will take into account that will participate in an activity with physical demands and that is capable medically, physically and emotionally to perform the said activity.

The client should know that this tour or trip involves walking outdoors on tracks, along roads, in open fields between mountains, in rural or remote areas and in variable climatic conditions as well as sudden height changes and that accepts all the inherent dangers of this type of activity.

Final disposition

This contract complies with the provisions of article 156 d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws in Spain.

Arbitration clause: “Any litigation or controversy, derived or related to this legal act as well as the consequences of this legal act, including its validity and effectiveness, will be resolved by arbitration of law in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Arequipa, to whose rules, administration and decision the parties submit unconditionally, declaring to know them and accept them in their entirety”.
